I have noticed that Ethereal incorrectly displays the packet time when
displaying packets captured using Network Associates Sniffer Basic
version 3.50.02. The Ethereal software is at version 9.6. I have noticed
that earlier versions of Ethereal produced the same results.

The datetime value as well as packet offset times are affected.

8/22/2002 11:46:31 AM

Ethereal time values
2002-08-22 13:47:26.3933
2002-08-22 13:50:26.3503

The packets are known to have a 1 minute interval.

The Sniffer Basic capture file is attached.
