Ask Frank Strauss <strauss at ibr dot cs dot tu-bs dot de>
I just use it for SNMP, and you can build some pretty neat outputs from it,
using smidump as template code.
I suspect that if it does accept dialects other than that used for SNMP MIB,
it will require the source files to be complete and valid ASN.1
