Hi,
as of 3GPP TS 29.061, any version past 3.7.0, there is support for RADIUS client messages sent by a GGSN to a RADIUS server. One of these messages deals with the Quality of Service, which has a format which is pretty close to that in 24.008, used for example for PDP CONTEXT ACTIVATION REQUEST messages in GTP. I've produced a patch which decodes the QoS in a RADIUS message (thus affecting packet-radius.c) using the code available for GTP (I had to change packet-gtp.c as well). Hope this can help, Flavio.
