I'll commit this the lazy way right now by including a full copy of the
file. This will a) save the time to get it trimmed down and b) make it
easier to maintain in case other macros are used from it in the future.
If you feel like it really should be cut down, I don't mind if someone
who is not me does it :-)

I found out that "pro" means "instead of" (as in proconsul). Now I know
what proactive means.
