Sorry for that: The newer automake or autoconf add that dependency auto-
magically back - actually I removed it because it created a warning after
my change from RANLIB to LIBTOOL. Looking into that I found that DLOPEN
was used twice. So I removed it from configure.in. If this causes problems:
put it back in, I can live with that warning, it's harmless afaikt.

I found out that "pro" means "instead of" (as in proconsul). Now I know
what proactive means.
