I'm not a windowsuser but looked at your screenshots. Some things look
definitely better than with the gtk gui. Can't comment on useability
though :)

Great. I've been thinking about looking at the "gui abstraction" for a while
but never started to do so. I'm wondering whether you should be following
the ethereal model, not the tethereal one: IIRC, ethereal has it's own
process for capturing, while tethereal does not. Also, isn't ethereal the
more "natural" place to start because it is already gui oriented and has
the callbacks for the gui in place? Comments anyone?

I found out that "pro" means "instead of" (as in proconsul). Now I know
what proactive means.
