Hmm, I just noticed:  In case that this makes the windows winsock stuff
unnecessary, just add a clause for #ifdef HAVE_WINSOCK2_H to the perl
script.

I found out that "pro" means "instead of" (as in proconsul). Now I know
what proactive means.
