What do you mean by "supported"? "Supported" by the OS, or "supported"
by Ethereal?

I don't know whether it's "supported" in the sense that there's a CLNP
implementation that runs in Windows NT 4.0, although I wouldn't be
surprised if there were one.

That's not a particularly Ethereal-related question, however, so if you
mean whether it's "supported" by Ethereal, in the sense that Ethereal
can dissect CLNP packets, the set of protocols dissected by Ethereal is
independent of the platform on which it's running - with the exception
of protocols whose dissectors are plugins, which aren't available on
platforms that don't have run-time dynamic linking, but

	1) Windows has run-time dynamic linking

and

	2) the CLNP dissector is a built-in dissector, not a plugin
	   dissector

so the answer is the same on Windows as it is on various UNIX-flavored
OSes, namely "yes, Ethereal has a CLNP dissector".
