I believe there are a few of you interested in NFS.
I just checked in a change to NLM to (optionally) keep track of coockies for
asynchronous NLM
so that ethereal can match MSG/RES calls and also display how long time the
call took to execute, as it does
already for all other, normal, ONC-RPC services.

Please test it and report any bugs to me.
