Hi list.

I just saw that NDMP is not dissected by ethereal. :-(

>From the protocol specs it seems that NSDP uses the same 4 byte header
as the ONC-RPCoverTCP encapsulation and the normal XDR representation
for data.
I.e. almost exactly the same as ONC-RPCoverTCP based protocols but the
difference is that the
ONC-RPC header is missing.

I could implement NDMPv3 fairly quickly if someone could produce and send me
a capture containing
a few NDMP packets.

So, if someone wants NDMP dissection in ethereal and that someone dont want
to implement it him/her-self,
you could just send me a capture for testing and I will produce the
dissector for you.

The capture does not need to contain a milion packets, a handful packets are
sufficient.
