Please consider to check-in the patch I have posted the other day
before building 0.9.0. With or without this patch, debug info will be
embedded into *.exe anyway, so distributing separate *.pdb files is
obviously redundant. Even worse, current make procedure under Win32
will not build *.pdb files, so if my patch is not applied, it will
build ethereal-setup.exe that includes stale (dated back in March!)
*.pdb files again.

Since my patch isn't that big, please let me enclose it again.
