Really?  Its current state is "Exp", not "dead" - 1.2's state was
"dead", but 1.3's state is "Exp" - and if I remove "config.guess" and do
"cvs update config.guess", it checks it out from CVS.

"config.sub", however, has "dead" as the state of the top-of-tree delta,
and if I remove it and do "cvs update config.sub", nothing gets checked
out.
