Ethereal-dev: [Ethereal-dev] gzgets() and X libraries...

So, I've been out of this recently but I just updated my tree and found that
the build promptly broke because of the issue with gzgets in the X libraries.
While this is a problem with X distributions, it is not clear to me that we
can require all users of Ethereal to recompile their X installations (I have a
standard distro-provided one).

I'd rather remove that check from the configure script and instead remove the
dependency on gzgets(). That's the only function that is currently broken. I
can write an inline replacement which will be used in toshiba.c (and other
future files that use file_gets())

Thoughts?
