Radia -
	I don't remember the genesis of this thread, but 
there is a general reason for archeology like this.  
	The Ethereal folks are putting together decoders on
an need-to-know basis: when folks with the energy need to
know about some packet they see on their net, they write
a decoder.  As a result, there is an onging interest in
those odd packets that they haven't decoded yet.  

	Or maybe it's just a guy thing.
