on my system (Mac OS X 10.0.4) I have it only once in config.h.in
and config.h.

PS.: The configure.in in the CVS repository is still the old one. Is
     there a delay between the e-mails from [ethereal-cvs] and the 
     possibility to get the files via CVS?
