Hi,

Great release note for 0.8.19. Thanks for the 
idl2eth plug :-)

Anyway, I thought it would be nice to say "CORBA IDL"
rather than "IDL".

IDL pops up in others places like astronomy, and visual
data analysis, and is not the IDL we know from CORBA.

It may also help web bots to index and associate CORBA
with ethereal (wider audience).
