There's a number of people who have checked in BOOTP/DHCP code; I
suspect none of them would consider himself or herself the current
maintainer of the DHCP code.  The original checkin was by Gerald, so I
assume he's the author.

In any case, I don't think anybody would object to you checking those
changes in.
