I minimise the main window.  This lets me get at the capture window.

I agree that this should be fixed though.  In Win32 parlance I would like
the capture window to be "On Top" when not minimised so that it's above all
other windows.  I think that it's more difficult to stop the main window
grabbing the focus when data is added to it.
