hi!
we are currently researching for our project, an BACnetIP protocol analyser,
and are thinking about putting BACnet into ethereal. BACnet is, like snmp,
described in ASN.1 and we need some help there. We are able to preprocess
ASN.1 to C but we are not able to compile those sources to anything useful. 
We read trough Olivier Dubuissons online-version of his ASN.1 book, but could 
not get much out of it. Has anyone experiences in getting ASN.1 sources into
a working sniffing code (like snmp in ethereal)?
