Done. I also moved all of the FAQ questions and answers into a separate
file, faq.py, which as you might surmise, is both a Python program and
a list of questions and answers. So far, adding to the FAQ (faq.m4)
had been tedious because we had to add the HTML and m4 formatting ourselves.
The python program keeps track of section numbers and question numbers,
and produces the HTML/m4 automatically.
