I'm planning on releasing 0.8.15 this week, unless someone has some
changes which would make me wait until later.

I'm still working on adding Ed's drange stuff. After trying to
get it to work with FT_ETHER, I saw how ugly the dfilter/type
stuff was, and decided to do the right thing and fix a lot of stuff.
I was already re-working the type system, but decided to 
re-working a lot of the dfilter stuff too. I am fully moving
the type system (FT_* types) to a separate module. The proto_tree
code and the dfilter code both depend on this type system.

But my changes probably won't be done this week, and even if they
were, I'd rather have them "soak" in CVS for a while before
releasing Ethereal. That's why I'll wait until after the next
release to commit all my changes.
