Do you want it to try a decode for selected packets, or do you want it
to try a decode for an entire conversation?  ("Conversation" here
referes not only to the address/port-endpoint-based conversations
handled by "conversation.c", but also the connection-ID-based
conversations that the X.25 dissector, for example, handles.)
