Since the move to cvs.ethereal.com I haven't been able to update my local
copy.  I've run the perl script Gerald sent to the list, but I get the
following message:

	grahamb@TCDM98 ~/ethereal
	$ cvs update
	Sorry, you don't have read/write access to the history file
/usr/local/cvsroot/CVSROOT/history
	Permission denied

	grahamb@TCDM98 ~/ethereal
	$

I've ssh'd into cvs.ethereal.com and I seem to have the correct rights for
the file in question

CVS env variables are:

	grahamb@TCDM98 ~/ethereal
	$ echo $CVSROOT $CVS_RSH
	:ext:grahamb@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:/usr/local/cvsroot ssh

	grahamb@TCDM98 ~/ethereal
	$

Any ideas ? BTW I'm using Cygwin on Win98.
