Yeah, if I get the time this is something I can do. I implemented on
COPS and COPS/RSVP on IOS last year, and was thinking of writing a
dissector but never got around to it because of lack of time.

Don't know - but I can find out the answer to this. The story is that
the Cisco PIB was written while the IETF was dragging through the
decision process (since we needed to ship to customers), and we will
migrate to the IETF PIB when we have implemented it.
