Hi,

I'm trying to compile 0.8.12 on Solaris 8 x86 with
gcc 2.95.2 .

During linking I get

.....
1 -lsocket -lnsl -lm -lz
-R:/opt/sfw/lib:/opt/oracle/product/8.1.5.0/lib:/opt/sfw/lib:/opt/oracle/product/8.1.5.0/lib
libtool: link: only absolute run-paths are allowed

*** Error code 1

*** Error code 1
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `all-recursive-am'
$ Sep 20 15:15:41 mpanichi su: 'su root' succeeded for max on /dev/pts/6

How can I overcome the problem ?

If I get the compiled version, how can I submit the Solaris package
to you ?

thanks in advance
