shomiti has a document describint their file format at
http://www.shomiti.com/support/technotes.html

I'll take a look at it and see if it applies to their v3.1
file format (the file you provided). If so, I'll see what I can
do to get our wiretap library (which Ethereal uses) to understand
that format.
