These dissctors are installing a custom dissector to handle the
conversations.  

The try_conversation_dissector code will check for a non-NULL value in the
conversation structure dissector value and call the dissector if one is
found.

My bad.  Should have had a function call or macro to set the dissector in
the
conversation structure.

So do the msproxy, quake, and rtsp dissectors. Do you have any idea why? ( I
haven't looked closely).
