The dialog for that seems a bit clumsy, as it gives only the short name
for the protocol, not the full description.

A CList display showing the full name and an indication of whether the
protocl is enabled or not - similar to the "Tools->Plugins..." dialog -
might look a bit better, although the list would be longer.

It might also be interesting to have a "Properties..." button - if the
currently selected row in that display is for a protocol that has
properties registered, that button would become active, and would pop up
a dialog box showing the same stuff that the tab for that protocol in
"Edit->Preferences" shows (if we get lots of protocols with preferences,
"Edit->Preferences" could become somewhat clumsy).
