Dear Etherealers,

please find attached the compressed file packet-sctp.c.gz.

It contains a complete handler for the 13th version of the SCTP
draft which is accepted by the RFC editors and now waiting to get an
RFC number.

It compiles with ethereal-0.8.10 and the nightly build ethereal-2000-07-20.

Do I have to send diffs for the makefiles? You have only to include packet-sctp.c in the list of dissectors.

The dissector uses the tvbuff structure a lot. This version is much simpler than a predecessor, which didn't used this structure.
