Compiling the latest from CVS last night, VC++ choked on packet-x11.c
because of the function boolean() defined in the file. It conflicts with a
definition of boolean which is used in MIDL that unfortunately seems to get
included with most of the win32 header files.

I temporarily resolved it by renaming the function X11boolean and changing
the #define to suit. Could Christophe maybe change this to something he
prefers.
