"zing.com", not "zing.org". If the computer (or the Web site you went
to) said to e-mail "www.zing.com", it made a mistake; from the Web site
at

	http://www.zing.com/

and the "Contact Us" page at

	http://www.zing.com/about/contact.html

it appears that for support you should e-mail "support@xxxxxxxx".

"ethereal-dev@xxxxxxxx" (".org", not ".com") is, as noted in another
message, a mailing list for developers of a program to capture and
analyze traffic on networks; most of us probably can't help you with
this particular problem.

(For those on the list who are curious, "www.zing.com" is Yet Another
Dot Com that apparently lets you create online digital photo albums and
the like. They apparently let you send electronic greeting cards from

	http://www.zing.com/card/

and I suspect Mr. Ortega had some problem when trying to send the card.)
