Hi,

I notice that Ethereal under Windows does some interesting things. One is
that the menu bar is too high, because the underlining under the first
character of a menu item has gone wrong.

This seems to be a GTK+ problem though. I do not have a Windows development
environment, so I cannot fix it. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Also, repainting the underlying window when windows are moved seems very slow.
