When we build release X.Y, we should probably, at that time, build the
Windows binaries for it, and put them under

	http://ethereal.zing.org/distribution/win32/

and perhaps also add to

	http://ethereal.zing.org/download.html

in the "BINARY PACKAGES" section a link to that for Win32; we may also
want to put an "index.html" page in the "win32" directory, with stuff in
it pointing to the release itself and to the GTK+/GLib releases (BTW,
the latest Win32 GTK+/GLib still don't seem to work very well; the hex
dump window looks messy, and if I click on a frame in the topmost pane
I've seen it select the wrong frame), as well as pointing to the WinPcap
page.
