Hello,

Ethereal 0.8.4 dumps core on the attached capture file. It's a small
capture of a IPP request and answer on the lo interface.
This is on RedHat Linux 6.1, somewhat upgraded. Shared libs:
 /lib/ld-linux.so.2 -> ld-2.1.2.so
 /lib/libc.so.6 -> libc-2.1.2.so
 /lib/libdl.so.2 -> libdl-2.1.2.so
 /lib/libm.so.6 -> libm-2.1.2.so
 /usr/X11R6/lib/libX11.so.6 -> libX11.so.6.1
 /usr/X11R6/lib/libXext.so.6 -> libXext.so.6.3
 /usr/lib/libgdk-1.2.so.0 -> libgdk-1.2.so.0.5.1
 /usr/lib/libglib-1.2.so.0 -> libglib-1.2.so.0.0.6
 /usr/lib/libgmodule-1.2.so.0 -> libgmodule-1.2.so.0.0.6
 /usr/lib/libgtk-1.2.so.0 -> libgtk-1.2.so.0.5.1
 /usr/lib/libz.so.1 -> libz.so.1.1.3
The core dump occurs when I try to follow the TCP stream, or
when I select one if the IPP response packets.

Hope this helps to make ethereal even better.

Regards,

Han Holl
