I don't know the name of protocols but here is the capture of the
trunking negotiations of a Cisco Catalyst 5500.
The description of capture:

from packet no. 0001 to packet no. 0370        trunk mode off
from packet no. 0371 to packet no. 1800        trunk mode on
1801-2180        trunk mode off
2181-2581        trunk mode auto
2582-2880        trunk mode off
2881-3200        trunk mode desirable
3200-3600        trunk mode off
3600-4012        trunk mode nonegotiate
4013-4331        trunk mode off

the best way to filter them is: llc and !stp and !hsrp and !cdp
But I don't know the name of the protocol.
The OUI is Cisco (0x00000c) and the PID's are 0x2004 and 0x0104
the PID 0x2003 is VTP
and the PID 0x2006 is for something else, but I don't know either.
