The capture menu is there, but the "Start..." option is grayed out.

$ ethereal -v
ethereal 0.8.2, with GTK+ 1.2.0, with libpcap 0.4, with libz 1.1.3, without SNMP

Haven't tried clicking the close button on the window title.
Just did and get a heap of Gtk-WARNING's, but I don't have the cvs version 
(only 0.8.2) so that explains that I suppose.

It looks as though the "Start..." option is not re-activated after Stopping 
the live capture.
