I've been looking at that as well, with the Politecnico di Torino
libpcap port.  It's not compiling yet, though.

I forget whether I sent mail out about this - I may have - but I first
grabbed the latest shiniest GTK+-developer stuff from the GTK+-Win32
site, and had that problem - reverting to the older version (the page
for GTK+-Win32 says that the latest version may be buggier than the
previous one, and has a link to the previous one) appears to have fixed
it.
