I've checked in a fix - it now handles the "Update list of packets in
real time" bug *and* the packet filtering bug.  (I set the row number
for the frame to 0 before adding it to the list of displayed frames, so
it'll be found when the CList selects row 0 if it's the first frame
added to the list of displayed frames; it's given the right row number
after it's been added and we know what row number to give it.)
