Seems to me that if a user clicks on a proto-tree item, and says "match
selected", that it shouldn't always use the 'frame' syntax for the match
- but it should check to see if that item has a proto_tree abbreviation
and value associated with it.

That way, if you weren't sure how to filter on something using the
abbreviation - you could just click on it and do match selected, and it
would generate the filter for you.
