Would there be any objections to having packet-rpc.c include the Program
Version, and Procedure in the program subtree?

i.e. 

RPC
	...
	Program Version: 2
	Procedure: DOMAIN (1)
	...
Yellow Pages Service
	Program Version: 2
	Procedure: DOMAIN (1)
	...

instead of just in the RPC tree. The reason is - if you only have the
subtree expanded, you can't tell without looking at the COL_INFO column what
the procedure is, which makes the data a little unclear at times. 

Alternatively, it could only show it under the subtree. Both would be an
improvement I think. 

If there aren't any objections, I can go ahead and make this change. I'd
actually also like to get proto_tree items for most of the stuff in the rpc
dissector as well.
