I think those have already been removed in the CVS tree; you might want
to grab the current CVS tree via anonymous CVS (see the Ethereal Web
site at

	http://ethereal.zing.org/

I'd check what the URL is for the particular page in question, but the
network at work is being *extraordinarily* uncooperative right now - DNS
servers seem unresponsive, "xterm"s lock up and disappear, etc.).
