I have only the procedure names of some of these protocols. Firstly, I wanted
to make clear, that everyone agrees upon my RPC stuff.

I'm concentrating on the stuff I need for my own work: full NFS v2, v3, and a
bit of the portmapper protocol. mount and lock comes later. I don't intend to
do the ypserv, ypbind, bootparams code myself.
