Hi, I'm running SOlaris 7 on a sparc 10/51 gtk-config --version 1.2.3 I invoked ethereal after doing gnumake (before make -install) capturing packets runs OK, giving me the list of packets. Klicking on one packet results in an abort. Backtrace is appended. (Previous version of ethereal worked OK on this setup) Greetings j.h. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Dr. Joachim Holzfuss IAP, TU Darmstadt email: Joachim.Holzfuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Schlossgartenstr. 7 http://www.physik.tu-darmstadt.de/~hofu 64289 Darmstadt voice: +49 (6151) 16-2884 Germany fax: -4534 --------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------ START backtrace --------------- ** ERROR **: file proto.c: line 212 (find_hfinfo_record): assertion failed: (hfindex >= 0 && hfindex < gpa_hfinfo->len) aborting...
