There might be things that a no-exec or thread implementation might do
better, but the current implementation seems, at least in my experience,
to be "good enough" - it (currently) has some problems if the capture
can't be started (for example, if you run Ethereal as a user who doesn't
have access to the raw capture device), i.e. at least when I tried it
the message box indicating the problem doesn't stick around, but I think
that's the only real problem I've seen.
