Hmm, I just tried to compile it and had no problems at all.

btng-6.5.tar.gz
Solaris 2.6
gcc: egcs-2.91.60
./configure btng sol2x gcc prd
make 2>&1 | tee make.log
Lots of warnings, no errors.

It it helps I can just tar the whole stuff end mail it to you (and maybe
just check whether this has any chance of running before doing so).
