I took Guy's patched gtkclist.c and put it in a 'gtk' subdirectory
in the ethereal tree. Be sure to use 'cvs update -d' so that CVS
will find the new directory. Run ./autogen after retrieving the new files.
Without his patch, loading big files takes an eternity.

The compilation runs fine on linux 2.2.12 (i686).
It works on Solaris 2.6 (sparc) also, but I get a lot of warnings
when compiling the transplanted gtkclist.c.
