Hmm.

I just downloaded version 0.61 of the package; the patches to "libpcap"
and "tcpdump" *look* as if they expect the LLC header to be included in
the packets handed up to userland.

There's nothing in the CHANGES file about that; I'll grab version 0.56
and take a look and see if that worked differently.
