Hi,

I was just looking at the ICMP decode that Ethereal does ... Wanted to look
in the 28 bytes of the offending IP datagram that is returned, but it is
not there ...

We should simply be able to call dissect_ip on that thing and have it do
the right things, down to decoding the 8 bytes of payload as well.  In any
case, at least the IP header would be useful to decode ...

This will mean that the decode routines need to bail out gracefully if they
do not get all the data they want ... :-)
