  Last week, Unicom (the company I work(ed) for) was purchased by Rocky
Mountain Internet.  As part of the purchase I was asked to sign an
employment contract.  RMI was kind enough to modify the contract so that
it specifically excludes any non-commercial work I do on Ethereal or its
web site.

  As a result, I can continue to work on Ethereal without violating my
employment agreement.  As long as I don't try to make any money at it,
that is.  :)
