  Do some pretty-printing on  the manufacturer names returned by the IEEE
  and CaveBear OUI lists:
  - Remove punctuation
  - Remove fill words (including the, inc, plc, ...)
  - Capitalize each word at the beginning (and only there)
  - Replace SPACE by _
  - Restrict length to 20 characters
